Department: Cottage Department

Salary/Hourly Rate: From £13.50 per hour, dependent on experience

Hours: Full-time, 5 or 6 days a week.

Contract Length: Seasonal: 6-12 months (dates can be flexible)

• Supervising and assisting in cleaning guest accommodation on the Island, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times
• Training and supporting the housekeeping team, ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are being met
• Checking and reporting any maintenance issues to the Services Manager
• Maintaining cleaning equipment
• Providing excellent customer service when greeting and responding to guest queries

• A perfectionist with a keen eye for detail
• Experienced in or have good knowledge of housekeeping
• Good at working efficiently as part of a team
• Willing to undergo any training provided to assist in the role
• Well-presented and maintain smart appearance (uniform is provided)
• Consistently hard-working, flexible and enthusiastic
• Competent at cycling efficiently between cottages
