Salary: From £12.25 per hour, dependent on experience

Hours: 40-50 hours per week, with 2 days off
Contract Length: Seasonal, March-October (dates can be flexible)
Duties Include:
We are recruiting for a passionate Gardener to join our Cottage Gardening team. The role will involve maintaining the island's holiday cottage gardens and public areas.
- General garden maintenance duties including hedge trimming, watering, and pruning
- Lawn maintenance and mowing
- Weeding flower beds, borders and paving areas
- Daily arranging of flowers for guest accommodation
- Routine use and maintenance of machinery
- Working at height
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Valid, clean Driving Licence (Essential)
- Relevant gardening experience
- Ability to develop and landscape small areas as required
- Good customer service skills are required as there may be some interaction with guests
