Front of House Assistant
We require enthusiastic front-of-house assistants and supervisors to join our friendly food & beverage teams at The New Inn, Ruin Beach Café and Hell Bay Hotel for the 2025 season.

Salary: From £12.25 per hour, dependant on experience
Benefits: Tips, meals and accommodation
Hours: Full Time, 2 days off per week to enjoy the islands.
Contract Length: Seasonal, March to October 2025
The Role
We’re seeking warm, professional, and guest-focused Front of House Assistants to join our hospitality team for the 2025 season.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of the guest experience – welcoming visitors with genuine warmth, handling enquiries and billing with precision, and ensuring every stay is smooth, memorable, and stress-free.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling tasks with confidence while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. From resolving guest issues swiftly to building lasting rapport, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional hospitality we’re known for.

- Warm and friendly with a welcoming approach
- High standards of dress and presentation
- Be flexible and willing to cover other front of house roles when required

- Trustworthy with the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent interpersonal skills
