Salary: From £12.90 per hour, dependent on experience

Hours: Full Time, 2 days off per week

Contract Length: Seasonal, March – October (dates can be flexible)

We’re seeking talented and passionate Chefs de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen teams on Tresco Island and at the 3 AA Rosette Hell Bay Hotel for the 2025 season.

You’ll work with the finest fresh produce to prepare and cook high-quality dishes that reflect our reputation for outstanding cuisine.

With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you’ll ensure every plate meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting the Head Chef with the development of exciting new dishes, bringing creativity and flair to a menu that evolves with the seasons.

• Able to work well under pressure
• Have a high standard of cleanliness
• Able to communicate all relevant information on nutrition and food allergens
• Have existing experience in a hotel restaurant or an establishment with good reputation for excellent cuisine
• Hold the relevant kitchen and hygiene certificates or be willing to obtain them
• Having a rosette background will be advantageous
