The Cottage

Featuring bespoke interior design, spacious open plan living and five ensuite bedrooms, Seabreeze is light, bright and airy, making the most of its undisturbed views over Ravens Porth beach toward the uninhabited islands dotting the horizon.

The cottage benefits from a luxurious yet informal interior designed by Tania Streeter, featuring bespoke furniture and fabrics, mosaic tiling, exclusive Tresco wallpaper and luxe fittings like steam showers.

If you can tear your eyes away from the views, inside, there are Apple TVs, Freesat, a Sonos music system throughout the main living areas, as well as dedicated superfast WiFi.

The Sea Garden spa facilities with their indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and tennis courts are just a couple of minute's stroll away, as is the tempting terrace and wood-fired dining of The Ruin Beach Café.

Living

Downstairs, a striking open plan kitchen and dining room with pantry are perfect for evenings spent entertaining friends and family around the large, bespoke dining table. On a summer evening, throw open the large bi-fold doors to the garden and let the warm evening air blow through.

A spacious sitting room features an inset fireplace for cosy winter nights around the card table and wide patio doors to bring the outside in on warm summer days. A well-equipped utility room ensures families and larger groups have all the facilities they need on hand.

Throughout the downstairs living space, large windows and bi-fold afford glorious dual aspect views across Old Grimsby to the front, and the landscaped garden to the rear, whilst heated hardwood floors and bespoke interior design set the tone.

Sleeping

Follow the open, curving oak staircase up to the first floor, where four ensuite double bedrooms are arranged to benefit from the property's stunning sea and countryside views.

The master bedroom, with its vaulted ceiling, benefits from a spacious balcony on which to sip your morning coffee, watch the sunrise over the uninhabited islands, or while away a lazy afternoon with a good book as the boats bob in the harbour. When the sun sets, raise the integrated television for a cosy evening in bed with a hot chocolate after a soak in the ensuite rolltop bath.

The other bedrooms on the first floor all enjoy views across Old Grimsby Harbour or the expansive garden and countryside beyond. All bedrooms feature Super King beds which can also be arranged as twins on request.

Downstairs, a spacious bedroom with integrated television and ensuite featuring a rolltop bath completes the sleeping accommodation. This room can also be converted into a playroom for the young ones and features patio doors leading directly out to the garden and yoga deck.

Outdoors

The private rear garden is perfect for entertaining with its large pergola, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, as well as a firepit for those warm summer evenings.

A secluded yoga space gives ample opportunity for reflection and relaxation. At the same time, a mosaic by Lucy Dorrien-Smith and a sculpture by Tom Leaper add to the feeling of being somewhere really rather special.

To the front of the property is another patio area enjoying sea views and direct access to the beach below just across the path.

Our cottages are well-equipped with a comprehensive inventory, which includes kitchen appliances and equipment, bathrobes, hair dryers, and an outdoor BBQ with tools. Bathrooms come complete with 100 Acres shampoo, body wash and hand soap.
