The Cottage

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall and kitchen, featuring a large dining table with bench seating. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also tucked away off the entrance hall. Stairs lead up from the kitchen to a generous lounge on a mezzanine – high ceilings, exposed beams and double patio doors add light, space and intrigue to this room.

The lounge and decking outside benefit from breath-taking views of Bryher’s rugged silhouette across the channel. A further set of stairs take you from the lounge to a large landing, two bedrooms and bathroom.

Our Favourite Thing

Kittiwake has its own set of steps onto the powdery white sand of Farm Beach – begin your day with a paddle in the bordering crystal waters.

Farm Beach is just a few footsteps away via your own private steps. Also nearby are plenty of central island amenities such as Tresco Stores, the Spa, and the Flying Boat Cafe and Deli.

Facilities

Our cottages are well-equipped with a comprehensive inventory, which includes kitchen appliances and equipment, bathrobes, hair dryers, and an outdoor BBQ with tools. Bathrooms come complete with 100 Acres shampoo, body wash and hand soap.

This property comes equipped with a dishwasher. There is no washing machine at the property, however laundry facilities are available centrally with a small cost payable per load.

The Location

The neighbouring outdoor pool (open May – September) awaits for summer’s day dips. Nearby is the Flying Boat, serving light lunches and exceptional coffee.

Tresco Stores is just stumbling distance from the cottage – send the children across to collect freshly baked croissants and bread for a leisurely breakfast.
