Packed with winter flavours, this special cocktail has at its heart our Tresco Honey Spiced Rum – The Spirit of Bruce Christopher.
Handcrafted in small batches on neighbouring St Martin’s by SC Dogs – Scilly’s first and only rum distillery – the lingering citrus notes of this spiced rum are balanced by just a hint of Tresco honey.
Foraging the length and breadth of the island and the subtropical Abbey Garden, our bees distil a world of flavours into their honey.
This mix of sweetness and spice from the rum, combined with fiery ginger beer and sharp fresh lime juice, makes this cocktail the perfect foil to all that rich Christmas food.

25ml Stones Ginger Wine
3-4 Wedges of Fresh Lime
NAVAS Cornish Ginger Beer
Ice

Place the Ice and lime in a High Ball Glass & Muddle
Pour over the SC Dogs Tresco Honey Spiced Rum and Stones Ginger Wine
Top up with Navas Ginger Beer to taste
