Westward Farm Scilly Gin

Westward Farm gently vapour infuse the gin in little stills with a pure grain spirit in tiny batches, producing just 28 bottles at a time, ensuring that none of the amazing flavours are lost.

The small batch, single shot technique means that each batch is subtly unique, extracting the best of each botanical.

​This is a fresh vibrant gin with citrus, juniper and peppery notes that is perfect with a top quality tonic or in a cocktail.

Island-based producers, the Hicks family of Westward Farm, have been farming on St. Agnes for centuries. Nowadays, the family has turned its industry and innovation to a host of carefully crafted island produce.

Amongst their ventures is a tiny distillery, based on the farm and producing very special small batch gins. These gins feature botanicals grown on the farm, and very occasionally sourced from elsewhere on the islands, as is the case with the Tresco Abbey Garden gin.

Alongside the distillery, Westward Farm is also the home to the ’28 miles’ range of Scilly soap and toiletries, and a delicious range of apple juice and cyder made using home-grown apples.
