Our Island Spa facilities offer a serene sanctuary that perfectly complements Tresco's natural tonic; the ideal setting to unwind, recharge, and rediscover time to be.
Our beautifully appointed Island Spa offers a serene escape, featuring a heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and a fully equipped gym. Just steps away, you’ll also find two outdoor pools for sun-soaked dips, while the Sea Garden at provides an additional indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and compact gym.
Unwind with a curated selection of holistic spa therapies, using beyond organic products from ila, alongside natural, ocean-inspired treatments from Phoenix & Providence – handcrafted on the neighbouring island of St Martin’s.
For those seeking more active pursuits, two outdoor tennis courts are located close to the Island Spa, with a third court at the Sea Garden.
Most guests staying on Tresco enjoy complimentary access to all these facilities, including our Islandshare Owners, rental cottage guests, and those staying at The New Inn or Sea Garden Apartments.
Limited Day Spa access is occasionally available for visitors from other islands, subject to availability and advance booking (please see below for details).

For those seeking the ultimate in relaxation, our expert therapists are here to guide you through our carefully curated menu of treatments – from soothing massages and revitalising facials to indulgent pedicures and our signature marine flora body wrap.
We proudly use ila products for most of our therapies – ethically sourced, entirely natural, and crafted from plants and minerals with no synthetic chemicals. We also offer select treatments using products from Phoenix & Providence, a nourishing skincare range handmade with wild-foraged seaweed and botanicals from the shores of neighbouring St Martin’s.

Indoor Pools
With two heated indoor pools - one at the Island Spa and another at the Sea Garden - you’ll be spoilt for choice for a few leisurely lengths or a relaxing dip.
Outdoor Pools
We also have two heated outdoor pools on the island, both located near the Island Office and open from May to September for refreshing swims under the island sun.
Jacuzzis
Let your cares melt away in one of our two Jacuzzis - one at the Island Spa and the other at the Sea Garden.
Saunas
There’s nothing quite like the soothing warmth and tranquil ambience of the saunas at the Island Spa and the Sea Garden.
Steam Room
Cleanse the body, stimulate circulation, and ease away stress in the soothing embrace of the steam room at the Island Spa.

Quiet Swim
Each day, take a moment to unwind and enjoy a peaceful swim at the Island Spa during our Quiet Swim time, from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. During this time, the Sea Garden facilities remain open and available to all guests.

Day Spa Entry
Day Spa access is available for £25 per person, subject to availability (children 15 and under enjoy half-price, and under 5s can join for free). Local residents can take advantage of our Winter Islander Rate from November to February, offering entry for just £15 per person (with the same child discounts).
