Tresco Island Spa complements Tresco's natural tonic – the ultimate destination to discover true relaxation and time to be.
About the Spa
Our beautifully appointed Spa features an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym. We also offer a range of ila spa therapies in our two treatment rooms, and there are two outdoor tennis courts nearby.
There are also smaller spa facilities at the Sea Garden, including an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, small gym and an outdoor tennis court.
Most guests staying on Tresco have access to these facilities throughout their stay, including Islandshare Owner, guests staying in rental cottages and guests staying at The New Inn or Sea Garden Apartments.
Day Spa access is sometimes available for those staying on other islands, subject to availability and pre-booking (please see below for details).

With two heated indoor pools - one at the Spa and one at the Sea Garden Cottages - you'll be spoilt for choice for a few lazy lengths

We also have two heated outdoor pools on the island, both located near the Island Office and available May to September

For those seeking the ultimate in relaxation, our expert therapists are on hand to talk through our wide range of treatments, from a simple pedicure to a marine flora body wrap.
We use ila spa products for most of our treatments. They are ethically sourced from around the world and are free of synthetic chemicals as all the ingredients come from plants or minerals.

Quiet Swim
Each day, there's opportunity to relax and enjoy a serene swim at Tresco Island Spa, during our Quiet Swim time from 8am - 9:30am. The Sea Garden facilities remain available to all guests during this time.

Day Spa Entry
Day Spa entry is available, subject to availability, for £25 per person (children 15 and under half price; under 5s free). A winter Islander Rate is available to local residents from November to February inclusive for £15 per person (children 15 and under half price; under 5s free). Booking is essential – please call 01720 424075 or click to email us.

Twilight Treatments
Fancy winding down at the end of the day with a massage or a facial? After a day spent on the beach in the sunshine, or perhaps on the water battling the wind, treat yourself to something a little more luxurious. On Wednesday and Thursday evenings, our therapists will be lighting candles, playing calming music and offering the full treatment menu until 8pm
