My residency on Tresco in Autumn 2023 after a break of a few years was a chance to reacquaint myself with this very special island. I returned home with a sketchbook bursting with colour and acrylic sketches full of revisited remembered places so little changed. The amazing light and dramatic weather patterns have inspired this years body of work. Marks, colours and textures expressing the mood and sense of place of Tresco.
