Festival of Wellness
Join us this March and celebrate the spring equinox with a week of wild wellbeing guided by island practitioners and guest experts.
The Festival of Wellness
Friday 14th - Saturday 22nd March |
Our inaugural Festival of Wellness invites you to come to life after the winter with a week of holistic wellbeing inspired by the island, carefully curated for everyone - from seasoned yogis to those new to wellness.
Experience meditative morning yoga, spa therapies distilled from the island's crystal-clear waters, gentle introductions to trail running and cold-water immersion, as well as breathwork, gardening, and floristry. There truly is something for everyone!
Exclusive events led by renowned guides will complement daily offerings from island practitioners, all against the backdrop of nourishing nature, and the seasonal shift as the island comes alive.
Be led by nature's rhythm, living by the rise and fall of the sun and the ebb and flow of the tides. Rediscover time to be with the Festival of Wellness...
