An island paradise is our workplace; it could be yours too... If you are looking for a seasonal job or career in hospitality, living and working in a beautiful location, we're looking for you.
On Tresco, and at Hell Bay Hotel on the neighbouring island of Bryher, we aim to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests, so our team sits at the heart of everything we do.
Whether you’re looking to work in catering, housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, customer service or any number of other captivating roles, we are always on the lookout for great new people to join us.
No two days are ever the same and we’re looking for enthusiastic, adaptable people to join us. Could you be the next addition to our Tresco team?
How many people can say they work just moments from the beach, or call a subtropical island home? Working on Tresco means embracing island living – getting out on the water, exploring our evocative landscape, and taking a moment to watch an island sunset.
We offer staff accommodation, excellent pay at or above the National Living Wage, travel to and from the islands at the start and end of your contract, opportunities for progression, and many positions offer gratuities and optional paid overtime.
You’ll also receive a 20% discount in our restaurants and shop, boat tickets and free use of camping gear and kayaks to explore the islands, and a Friends and Family rate in our holiday accommodation so you can show off your new home.
The islands of Tresco and Bryher have small, welcoming communities and share an excellent school for families looking at a longer-term move.
