Once you have made your booking, let us know how we can make your stay perfect...

Arrival form with cottage requirements

Please inform us of any requirements for your cottage such as cots and highchairs. Also, if you are expecting any parcels, let us know so that we may take them from our store to your cottage before your arrival. The cottage will usually be set up as one double room and the remainder as twins (all beds have feather pillows). If you require a different configuration, please request this before your arrival day to ensure that we are able to oblige.

If we have not booked your travel, we will also need to know your arrangements via this form. Complete your arrival form here.

Tresco Stores - newspaper orders

If you would like a daily paper set aside for you during your stay, please give Tresco Stores & Deli the details below. Please be advised that we are reliant on the Skybus and boats to deliver our papers so the time of their arrival is affected by factors such as the weather, and therefore we cannot guarantee paper orders.

If you are sending goods to Tresco ahead of your arrival please note that there may be a delay in your items arriving on the island, particularly in the case of courier deliveries. "Item delivered" does not always mean your item has been received on Tresco; this usually means delivered to Penzance Quay. Onward shipping to the island may take considerably longer. Please note: We do charge a small delivery fee of £5 per box/parcel for food items to cover our transport costs.
