Right to: open plan kitchen/diner with patio door; step down to lounge with wood burning stove and sea views
First floor:
two twin bedrooms; family bathroom; master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, balcony & sea views
Changeover day: Saturday – occupy after 1.00pm, vacate before 9.30am
